ITINERARIES

In SPRING weekly cruises are scheduled, sailing along Istria and Croatia to feel the first warm temperatures. The route winds along big and little islands: each of them represents a separate story of natural beauties interwoven with the works men have been making in the course of the centuries.
Boardings and landings are sometimes scheduled in different islands to allow to visit a wider area and to avoid to retrace the same stretch of coast going back against the wind with too much demanding and maybe uncomfortable sailing.
In JULY and AUGUST 10 and 15 days cruises are proposed with boardings during the week to avoid week-end crowds in the marinas and difficulty to book a flight. It will be nice to have a couple of more sailing days. Everybody always says it would be nice to enjoy a few more days on board rather than the usual week.
Two weeks cruises are also recommended to really know an area and to enjoy a real ONE WAY cruise. The itinerary will not be repeated and we will be able to visit more islands.
The summer cruises are characterized by the famous Meltemi, the north wind that blows stronger and regularly in the summer months, while in spring or in autumn it is weaker or absent.
The cruises will mostly sail downwind so they will be comfortable and enjoyable. On the contrary, whilst sailing north, upwind, the navigation will be more sporting, even with some sprays on deck. Because of the vicinity between one island and the other the sailing will anyway be enjoyable. However from time to time we will consider together the choice of course, how many and which islands to visit depending on meteo conditions, safety and guests’ wishes.

The best period for visiting these truly wonderful and beautiful islands is the LOW SEASON, in spring or autumn, when both nature and places, with their inhabitants, are not so busy and can be enjoyed in their authenticity. Furthermore the climate in Turkey and Greece is very mild till the end of October.
Boardings and landings are scheduled on islands connected by planes, ferries and fast ferries and you will receive all necessary information. It’s very important to book the flight some time ahead, a good rule valid for every destination in high season, to find availability and and a good rate.
In May and October the cruises are ideal for people that want to do longer and night sailing while visiting places. In case of chartering the whole boat, dates and routes can be modified and customized on demand.
